How to order.
Our garment are made by individual artists and no two garments of same general design are ever identical. We reserve the right to insignificantly change the design. You can place your order on our website by completing our order form. Please measure your child correctly by following our measurement guide.
Minimum number of crystals to order :
Exclusive costume-2000
Premiere costumes -1000
Budget costumes-500
We use Swarovski crystals…. There is something for everyone!
How long will it take to manufacture the order?
Exclusive Costumes- 4-5 weeks from receipt of full payment. Premiere costumes 4-5 weeks from receipt of full payment. Budget line costumes- 3-4 weeks from receipt of full payment. Once your order is paid for and received we will be better able to advise you of the probable manufacturing time. We are unable to hold any production slots for you until the order is paid in full.
Please note: The manufacturing time will be longer during peak seasons- for example: from November through February, manufacturing times can take up to two months.
Important Notices: -If you are not confident in your ability to provide us with accurate measurements required, we strongly advise you to seek out the professional tailor or alteration service to assist you. This will help prevent any subsequent disappointment arising from an il- fitting garment with incorrect measurements.
-By placing an order with us, customer accepts full responsibility for all measurements provided to us. Florie Couture will not accept any liability for ill-fitting garments resulting from the Customer supplying incorrect measurements when placing an order.
-As our garments are made without the benefit of a personal fitting during the manufacturing process there may occasionally be circumstances where a finished garment, when first worn, may be loose fitting, for example, in the arms or around the waist. These minor discrepancies can easily be rectified by a local alterations tailor at the customer’s expense.
About Payment
As soon as we receive your completed Order Form we will send you a proforma invoice indicating the total amount, the prepayment due and the shipping costs. You can pay by Bank Transfer, Paypal or credit card. We will Confirm the payment details with you prior to your placing a binding order with us.
