Shipping Info

Orders of In Stock merchandise normally take one working day to leave our warehouse, but may take longer with international shipping destinations, during physical inventory, holidays, or periods of inclement weather, and/or when credit is declined. If payment for the balance of your order is not received at least seven days prior to your planned ship date your order will be delayed. To determine the date you can expect to receive your package, please add our one day processing time and the estimated Fed-Ex shipping time.

If FedEx Ground is selected, your order will be received within 2-6 business days.

​                           One day to process plus 1-5 days for FedEx delivery

  •   If FedEx 3 Day is selected, your order should be delivered within 4 business days.

​                           One day to process plus 3 days for FedEx delivery.

  • If FedEx 2 Day is selected, your order should be delivered within 3 business days.                                                                                  One day to process plus 2 days for FedEx delivery.

  • If FedEx 1 Day is selected, your order should be delivered within 2 business days.


  • If Free USPS Shipping is selected for orders of catalogs and swatches, your order should be delivered within 4-6 business days.    One day to process plus 3-5 days for USPS delivery within the United States.              

  • No tracking is available for this option.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee International delivery dates due to varying customs processes. Delivery will depend upon the recipient’s prompt payment of any import taxes, customs duties and other applicable fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important Washing Instructions for all fabrics.

Garment(s) must be washed separately. Turn garments inside out. Use a mild liquid detergent, gently hand wash in a large volume of cold water. Rinse immediately. DO NOT allow garment to soak. Pat dry with a clean towel and use a thick plastic hanger to air dry. DO NOT use fabric softeners. DO NOT dry clean. DO NOT iron. The heat from an iron can melt and/or discolor the delicate fabrics in our garments. Excessive heat can also weaken the adhesives used to attach the embellishments to the garment and cause them to fall off. Florie Couture will not guarantee any garment that is not washed and dried as directed. If you choose to combine sensitive fabrics and colors, it is at your own risk.


Order Cancellation Policy


Since we ship your stock purchases as fast as possible, any item classified as "stock" or "in stock" cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Any item classified as "special order" may be cancelled for a limited time prior to being released to production. Please contact customer service with any questions on concerns.


Return and Exchange Policy


Florie Couture accepts customer returns and exchanges, provided the following conditions are met. This return policy applies to stock items only. Special orders are made to customer's specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a Quality or Manufacturing defect. Stock items that are ordered with embellishments (jewels, embroidery, sequinz, etc.) are considered special orders.


Defects in workmanship or wrong measurements. Please note that in no circumstances can a ready-made or pre-owned costume be returned to us on the ground that it does not fit as you are responsible for checking the measurements we request from you prior to placing a firm order for such costume with us.

If you make an error in:

● Taking measurements;

● the choice of design;

● colour scheme;

● non-compliance with laundry or wearing instructions

You will have to pay all costs incurred in shipping and altering the costume.


● All returns/exchanges must be sent to Florie Couture no more than 3 days after receipt of merchandise for consumers, with a completed Return/Exchange Form.

● Refund is available only if the garment was damaged by our company.

● Merchandise must not have been worn or laundered and must have all hang tags and sewn in tags attached in their original position and condition.

● Packages that are lost during the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
